It’s designed to be used in the company of clients, to help them visualise their protection needs and you to craft a tailored solution for them.

It facilitates interaction with your client’s (Member’s) portfolios and within it you can take key actions to apply for cover plus maintain and service your client’s Insurance plans. What’s more it’s available 24/7/365 and you and your support team can access InTouch on any device from any location.

THE POWER OF INTOUCH

Key functionality designed to enhance advice and business efficiency:

  • Member eligibility can be automatically validated
  • Bespoke quotation interface to enhance the consultation process and improve practice efficiency.
  • Request underwriting pre-assessment by submitting appropriate information directly to underwriters
  • Underwriting pre-assessment outcomes are recorded and an automated link is created to the relevant application
  • Cover can be applied for directly following the quotation, reducing the need to re-input information.
  • Online access to all PPS Mutual insurance statements, correspondence and documents
  • View, edit or access your personal details, allowing PPS Mutual to remain InTouch with you.
  • You can also pre-set your remuneration preference.
  • This is editable on individual benefits should you wish to change your preference at that stage.
  • View your client portfolio from a single access point called ‘My Members’. This is the core function on InTouch.
  • A single access point called ‘My Members’ lets you view your client’s details and portfolio information. Plus, you can submit service requests on their behalf, retrieve statements and quote and submit additional applications.
  • Resources and forms can be downloaded or ordered online.
